A complex de-regulated market together with volatile wholesale prices and short validity of supplier offers, makes purchasing energy a minefield. Timing to market, grouping of supplies, contract structure and duration, together with profile risk are the main areas of concern and confusion. The current economic climate has further complicated the market with energy suppliers becoming more risk adverse which impacts on client credit ratings and alternative supply contract availability.
Wholesale price trends and other industry developments need to be constantly monitored to minimise the impact of high prices and market variables on your everyday business. Analysis of such market trends and contract negotiation take time and requires significant experience.

- Open book fee structure with no commission from suppliers included in contract unit rates
- Understanding of the client’s operational procedures and sympathetic with Property Managers and FMs’ utility problems and constraints, with particular focus on reducing the impact of the change in suppliers’ credit risk policies, requiring security deposits and parent company guarantees
- Ensure that the client’s central repository is kept up-to-date with all energy contract related information so that Engineers / FMs have easy access to this information for each of their clients/properties
- Provide support to the client in responding to questions from tenants
